TERRAZZO FLOOR CLEANING

TERRAZZO is a great looking stone application and when maintained properly it can be the show case of all the building. With its multi laying coats it can shine for months at a time with very little maintenance.
Process:
First we would machine scrub terrazzo with a medium grit pad more aggressive if needed. Then work with a more hire grade pad for smoothing and proper cleaning.
After Terrazzo is completely clean from all sealer its at this point that we would wet mop to clean floor from all excess deposits.
Once this process has been done, put sealer into clean mop bucket and use a lambs wool pad to apply to terrazzo. Apply at least 4 complete coats careful not to miss any areas.
Be careful with base boards and edges not to get any sealer on them.
Once sealer has dried wait at least 24 hours before walking on it. Return in two weeks and burnish with a high buffer 1500 while using a white pad.
